Induction Assignment
At the beginning of this first year I was tasked with an Induction Assignment to design a 3D model of a Plane Aircraft, the plane which I decided to design for this assignment brief was a B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber. I first started out designing concept drawings for the plane to get an idea of how it will look and the type of angle to design the plane in. The modelling stage of the assignment did not turn out how I expected it to because I forgot to model the plane from the use of reference and it turned out too blocky. I did however find it good for a first attempt of modelling an aircraft.

Assignment 1
For the first official assignment for the firstt year of the course I was tasked to create a 3D Lawmaster bike model for a Judge Dredd based game. The bike I decided to model for this asssignment was a X-2 Ghost Phantom bike which I was inspired into designing from the Saints Row series and I modelled the bike from reference remembering the mistake which I made from the last assignment. I designed the bike completly different to the X-2 bikes from the Saints Row franchise and made it fit to the purpose of the Judge Dredd franchise.

Assignment 2
The Second Assignment on the first year of the course which I was tasked to do was to create a Platformer game based around the setting of Faerie. I decided to design a 2.5D platformer game but in the 3D perspective with the graphics of 2D. This assignment has been the best project I have designed from this first year and I think I have made big improvements since the Induction Assignment.

The projects I have enjoyed designing this first year are the Faerie Project and the Industrial Project because of these assignments have allowed me to be creative and have improved on my level design skills from these two assignments.
Assignment 3
This is the third assignment and final assignment for the first year of the course which I was tasked to design an Industrial Interior of a game level for an Action and Adventure game. The Industrial Interior which I designed was an Industrial Warehouse Environment. The environment has six rooms and there are five puzzle areas located at the bottom of some of these rooms and the player will be required to move crate boxes onto the brown platforms in the correct order and press the red switch button on the side of the wall which will make a silver key appear in a small chest for the player to pick up. The slideshow will show the progression of the project from the concept level designs to the level design of the Industrial Warehouse in Unity. I think I have made more improvements doing this assignment and have gained more level design skills and improved more with modelling skills.
